Wiley for an overnight economy sail
Wiley is a MkI Catalina 36. She was purpose-built to do exactly what we do – sail the waters of the Channel Islands.
Wiley is suitable for one or two people plus your captain. There’s a large “V” berth forward, an ample galley, and a head.
Wiley is more Spartan than our luxury yacht Sancerre, but she’s ideal for a weekend for one or two who are on a budget.
Sailing lessons on Wiley
Wiley is our primary training boat in our American Sailing Association sailing school. If you’re interested in being certified for ASA 104 (bareboat charter), I’m happy to do that. And here’s a surprise: there’s no extra charge for lessons. You just pay the charter fee, the lessons are gratis.
Wiley is available for day sailing at $150/hour or all day for $950. The overnight rate is $1250, so a two-day/one-night is $2500. That includes all meals, snacks kayaking and Capt. Dan’s best sea stories. There is a 5% harbor tax on all charters and 3% National Park tax for overnights.
If you want lessons, there is no additional charge.
